I appreciated the owner's really good hospitality. Free tea and a lift to my next destination. A warm atmosphere and cleanliness added to the welcoming vibe.

This place was just what we needed, would recomand. Everything was perfect, we had fantastic 18 days here. We really enjoyed the location that was central and just next door to the centre, shops and Albert park and taxis. Also, Fruit could be reached without difficulty, 1 km away.

It was clean, everyone was wonderful and informative. I had excellent room with TV and bathroom plus a double bed. The price was £ 26. Distance to the airport was just 20 km.

The room was clean as and the host was super helpful, but I wish the bathroom had more hooks for my towel. Solid stay, sweet as!

The units are neat with bathroom.

The room had decent basic amenities and a relatively quiet atmosphere for a single traveler. The quick self-check-in process added a bit of convenience to the stay.

The overall cleanliness left much to be desired. Carpets were grimy, and dust lingered in the corners. The bathroom was only half-finished, with a poorly placed piece of Lino. Broken fixtures and a dusty wardrobe contributed to a less than comfortable environment, and the lack of clear instructions on arrival made navigating the place a bit awkward.

The self-check-in process was easy and hassle-free, making my arrival smooth. Make sure to check the parking situation before your stay.

Cautionary Stay in a Tired Room

My two-night stay fell short of expectations. The peeling wallpaper and broken shower door gave an unsettling vibe. For solo travelers, prioritize cleanliness and safety-look elsewhere if you want a peaceful experience. Request thorough cleaning before your arrival.

Wi-fi was reliable, but no pets allowed and the shared kitchen was a bit messy.

The Double Room was spacious and surprisingly quiet, a big plus for me as a solo traveler. The bed was really comfy, and I appreciated the clean linens that smelled fresh. Having my own en suite was a nice touch, and the self-check-in was super easy. Plus, the communal kitchen area had a homely vibe with coffee and snacks. Just wish the shared bathroom cleanliness was a bit better.

Very pleasant stay, felt warmly welcomed. The owner, a nice guy named Pervaz, even invited me to use his kitchen for breakfast and coffee, which I had to say was very appreciated.

It wasn't exactly a bargain but for what I got, it was still fine.

The hotel was great value for the money. It was clean, tidy, and equipped with everything needed for a comfy stay. The host provided clear communication and instructions, and let me park in the driveway. The location is decent, about 5 mins walk to the uni campus and less than 10 mins to the town centre. This was an amazin choice and i will definitely be returning.

The only downside was some noise from a beeping sound during the night that kept me up. The door to the room could be better.

The location is ideal, just a short walk to public transport. The room was comfortable and the ensuite upgrade was worth every penny. The host's warm welcome and helpfulness. Wi-Fi was reliable and made planning my day easy.
